Do you really come to us?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We bring our own equipment and products to your driveway, carpark, or workplace — all we need from you is access to water (power's a bonus, not required).
What do you need from us?
Just a parking space with a bit of room around the car. We do need access to a tap for water, but power's a bonus — not required.
How long does a Supreme Detail take?
Between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on package and vehicle size. When you shop and book online, the estimated duration for your selection is shown.
Where do you cover?
North Shore (Milford, Takapuna, Castor Bay, Mairangi Bay, Murrays Bay, Forest Hill, Campbells Bay). Central Auckland (Onehunga, Royal Oak, Mount Eden, Mount Roskill, Epsom). Nearby? Just ask.
How do you take payment?
Bank transfer in advance, or cash on the day. Subscriptions and gift vouchers (launching Father's Day 2026) charge up front through the site.
What if it rains?
Most detailing is fine in light rain and we can move to covered spots if needed. We'll reach out beforehand if conditions look bad. Ceramic Coating and Paint Protection always need clear days.
Do you do work cars or fleet vehicles?
Yes — we cover daily drivers, classics, work utes, and small fleets. Multiple-vehicle discounts available, just ask.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes — Pet Hair Removal can be booked as a bundle or as an add-on to any package. See pricing for details.
